8 Sessions to better alignment and less symptoms
Follow your weekly checklist to stay on track to get the most out of your therapy. If you are not staying consistent in between sessions, you will not see the results you’re looking for. Whether it’s one exercise assignment per day or five, this package is for those who are ready to put in the work to make changes.
This package consists of one session via zoom every week, for 8 weeks. Even though changes can be seen after the first round of exercises, I want to allow you one week between sessions to experience more change with each exercise and feel how it changes in your daily activities. Many times, after the first routine, other misalignments make themselves apparent and then we move on to correct those and progress week to week as the body reorganizes.
You are encouraged you reach out to me in between sessions if you have any questions about the process, the exercises, or any symptom or pain you are experiencing.
You may experience some discomfort as you begin a new exercise which is normal! But since I cannot feel what you are feeling, you need to determine if the discomfort is something you can be mindful of and work through, or if it is more of a pain and you should stop. This is not a “no pain-no gain” type of therapy! We can find a modification or a different exercise that works for you.
