This package of 8 posture therapy sessions will take place over 8 weeks, one session per week. You will be provided with your own account in the PTX Therapy platform where you can access your assigned homework and track your progress. Your photos can be uploaded directly by you, into your account, where I evaluate them and choose the appropriate exercises. This also includes an initial phone call/video call and follow-up calls with each session.
