What is Posture Therapy?
You may have an idea of what the ideal posture looks like, but have you ever linked it to your aches and pains? Posture is more than just standing or sitting up straight and might affect more than you think. Posture misalignment has been associated with:

Your Posture Therapy routine is a unique set of exercises designed by me with your individual posture and lifestyle at the focus. Other therapies may be helpful in tandem, but some fail to address the root cause and leave you chasing symptoms. We will work together to find the most effective program to create change.
You may already know about posture but just like a personal trainer for example, sometimes it’s nice to have fresh ideas and someone to help guide you and keep you accountable.
The Process
Through the assessment of your photos, of the front, back, and each side, I will determine the top 1-3 areas of focus. This is usually muscular/posture related and will be associated with exercises to correct these. Occasionally, I will incorporate changes to make in your daily routine, or a technique such as breathing remedies, mindset shifts, or dietary suggestions, etc. (These are only suggestions as I am not a registered dietician.)The assignments are based on your hobbies, goals, current abilities, schedule, and any other considerations you would like.
